A Bit About How I Work

I am trained in Transactional Analysis and a firm believer that we have the answers we are looking for, even if we are having difficulty in finding them at certain times.

My work with clients is to facilitate the ‘search’, creating a safe space for exploration, reflection and personal growth.

I have experience of working with clients who are experiencing

  • Addiction/s

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Grief

  • Parenting issues

  • Relationship issues

Perhaps your usual coping strategies have stopped working so well or you are looking to make a change to your life and unsure of where to begin...

Working with the concepts of ‘life script’ and conscious/unconscious patterns, I adopt a collaborative approach, without judgement; emotional safety a high priority.

Sessions

I offer a free 15min telephone call prior to allow us to find out if we are a good fit before commencing with any sessions.

Sessions themselves are weekly and can take place face to face in Midlothian or via Zoom.

My current availability is evenings from 5pm - 7pm, Monday to Friday and then more day time availability from 27th July 2026.

Cost is £55 for 50 minutes.

A Bit About Who I am

A Nature lover, when I’m not working I am mostly found outdoors, walking, exploring or simply listening and observing; bathing. At other times, it’s a kitchen disco.

I was introduced to Transactional Analysis in 2019 and embarked on my training journey with Physis Scotland in 2020, gaining COSCA Diploma certification in 2024.

Professional membership/insurance

  • Member of UK Association for Transactional Analysis www.ukata.org

  • Fully Insured for Malpractice/Professional Liability, Public Liability and Products Liability

The goal is to grow so strong on the inside that nothing on the outside can affect your inner wellness without your conscious permission
